On the same theme, a great start to the day sets the tone for eventual success of the same.
Here's my theme for a great day
On the same theme, a great start to the day sets the tone for eventual success of the same.
Here's my theme for a great day
- Sleep by 10 PM
- A great day starts the previous night
- Wake up by 4:30 AM and get ready for work by 5 AM
- Have 2 hrs of solid work before the world wakes up by 7 AM
- Play tennis/do cardio for an hour by 8:00 AM
- Bath and drop the kids to school by 9:15 AM
- Be at work by 9:45
- Use commute + bath time to listen to some awesome music preferably Nusrat
- Work till 1:00 PM
- Lunch + walk by 1:45 PM
- Work till 5:30 PM
- Commute home
- Use commute time to listen to some awesome podcasts like "Good Life Project", "TED radio hr", "GreyMatter" etc
- Catch-up time till 6:00 PM
- Do pushups, situps or Yoga in this time (Optional brownie points)
- Take kids out for swings and slides. Come back by 8 max
- Give them a bath and have dinner with them. Finish by 10 PM
- Sleep :)
